Meetings

Our meetings are held at the Forest Park Hotel  in Brockenhurst. Click HERE for maps.  From August registration and payment will be taken from 09:45 in the Bar, and the meetings starts promptly at 10:30, but please do not go into the meeting room until 10:25 to allow the time for the presenter to set up,

NOTE:-

Should a Member require an alternative meal to those listed please contact the Secretary— using the following email: secretary@rhinefieldprobus.org.uk   or by telephoning the clubs telephone number 01590 540 040.  

If you are unable to propose the VoT, please arrange a stand-in and inform the Speakers Secretary on email:  speakers@rhinefieldprobus.org.uk

Nota Bene: These special email addresses, and the telephone number, are transferred during any absence/illness/etc to the person deputising therefore in the absence office holder.
